Billing & Cancellation Policy

There is no free trial of the platform
OptionLab Pro is sold as two products — Web tool + signals (cockpit, scanner, Strategy Lab, paper trading, broker vault, signals in-app and on Telegram; the annual and lifetime plans add the course, and lifetime adds a monthly live doubt session) and the standalone Telegram bot (NIFTY and BANKNIFTY alerts only). Neither has a free evaluation period. The cheapest way to try the web tool is the monthly plan, which you can cancel at any time. A limited set of Academy lessons remain free to read with no account at all — that is the only free surface on the site.
No refund policy
All purchases — whether a recurring subscription or a single one-time charge — are non-refundable. There is no free evaluation window before payment; the monthly plan exists so you can decide whether the product is right for you before committing to a longer or larger purchase. By completing any purchase you confirm that you accept this policy.
Lifetime purchases. The Web tool + signals Lifetime and Telegram bot Lifetime plans are single charges, not subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge will ever be taken for them. They are non-refundable in the same way as every other purchase on this page. Both grant access for as long as OptionLab Pro operates as a service; they do not expire on a fixed date, but they are not a guarantee that the service will run forever, and no refund is due if the service is discontinued or a feature changes.
Exceptions apply only to confirmed duplicate billing errors or verified unauthorized charges — in these cases, contact us within 7 days at support@optionlabpro.com.
Billing periods
- Both products are sold as a 30-day (monthly) or 365-day (annual) subscription that auto-renews, or as a one-time lifetime plan.
- Both lifetime plans are one-time charges with no renewal date — see "Lifetime purchases" above.
- Recurring billing begins on the date of your first successful payment and auto-renews on that cycle unless cancelled.
- All prices are in INR, quoted exclusive of GST. GST is charged additionally at checkout where applicable under Indian law.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store card details.
Cancellation
- Recurring (monthly or annual) subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
- Access to the cancelled product continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it locks.
- Lifetime plans have nothing to cancel; they run for as long as the service operates.
- Purchases made before 25 October 2026 (including the one-week pass and the standalone Academy course) keep the access they were sold with.
- Account data is retained for 90 days after a paid product lapses, before deletion.
