Our Free plan gives you full access to the Indicator Engine, NIFTY 50 scanner, 30-day backtests, and paper trading — indefinitely. We strongly recommend evaluating the platform thoroughly on the Free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
No refund policy
Because OptionLab Pro offers a permanent Free plan with no credit card required, all paid subscription purchases are non-refundable. By subscribing to a Pro or Elite plan, you confirm that you have evaluated the platform and accept this policy.
Exceptions apply only to confirmed duplicate billing errors or verified unauthorized charges — in these cases, contact us within 7 days at support@optionlabpro.com.
Subscription billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or 3-month depending on the plan you select.
- Billing begins on the date of your first successful payment and auto-renews unless cancelled.
- All prices are in INR. GST is charged additionally where applicable under Indian law.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store card details.
Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
- Account data is retained for 90 days after downgrade before deletion.
